SHIPPING POLICY
Here are the shipping charges for pan-India:
*Pre-paid orders above Rs5000 - Free
*Pre-paid orders below Rs5000 - Rs120
*We process your orders within 1-3 business days. And products will be delivered to your doorstep within 5-7 business days.
*Customers can also place a pre-order for sold out products by emailing us at info@mascotbazar.com
*Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays
*We're continuously striving to get your products to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen *Circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.
But please note we are not taking any retun in Nosepin or Nose Ring Specially.
In rare case of dead on arrival products, clients have the liberty to cancel their order and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests received later than 3 business days after receiving the product will be difficult to entertain. Most of the product sold are under a Manufacturer warranty.
Refund Policy
In case of a genuine reason or reasons as shared above and after receiving back the product at our warehouse we can provide a refund.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
